 Months training history.

Favourite exercise? My favourite exercise is riding my mountain bike. In the gym it's got to be pull ups. 

Favourite motivational quote? You can do anything, you just have to put your mind to it.



What advice would you give to someone who wants to achieve results like you? Commit as close to 100% as possible and get it done, the results will come. 

In your opinion what is the most important aspect of a transformation? Healthy living techniques that  will stay with me for life. 

What did you learn from this experience? That there is more to it than just hanging out and hoping that I might get fit one day. The procrastinating has to stop and I have to move forward, because the longer you wait the harder it is.



What you lost and gained during your transformation? 

Besides the body fat, I’ve gained some muscle. I’ve lost some bad eating habits and gained some serious power on the trail mountain biking. Overall the best thing I gained is a better sense of wellbeing. 

What’s 3 things that helped you get through? 

The first three things that got me through was having clear goals, dedication and a really great trainer. 

The biggest lesson you learned? 

Don’t underestimate myself.
